Last weeks menu went over quite other than the fact that I didn't make the Brown Rice and Lentil Casserole. Wednesday night's Spaghetti made enough that we ate it 2 nights in a row. I am looking forward to another week of yummy food.
We are to the point now that the majority of the groceries we have are Organic or all natural containing very few ingredients. I did end up donating a few groceries we decided we wouldn't eat however we still have some pasta and rice and a few other things that we will still eat.
Now on to this weeks menu.
Breakfasts: Eggs, Cold Cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt
Lunches: PB&J, Grilled Cheese, fresh fruit, fresh veggies, yogurt, raw nuts, boiled eggs
Tuesday: Shredded Chicken Tacos - This is so simple. Put chicken breast covered in salsa in the crockpot on low and let it cook for 7-8 or until the meat shreds well. Fill your favorite type of taco shell with chicken, fresh veggies, cheese and sour cream.
Wednesday: Veggie Cheese Burgers, Homemade French Fries
Thursday: Brown Rice and Lentil Casserole
Saturday: Breakfast Burritos, Homemade Hash browns - the hashbrowns are made very similar to the fries however I cut them into bite size pieces.
Sunday: Free For All
All dinners will be served with fresh fruit and/or vegetable.
