This morning while walking on the treadmill I was thinking about making smoothies for my husband and I for breakfast. I was contemplating using the basis from the other smoothie recipe and adding some protein for some after workout energy.
So here is what I used.
1 cup organic skim milk
1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt
2 bananas peeled and frozen
3 TBS All Natural Peanut Butter
I added the liquid ingredients first then the bananas and blended well. Then I added the peanut butter and blended until smooth.
This made 2 nice size smoothies. I wish I had a picture but we couldn't wait to drink them. :)
