Pinto Bean Recipes: Bean and Garlic Dip







Bean and Garlic Dip

2 cups Pinto Beans -- *
1/4 cup Mayonnaise Or Salad Dressing
1 each Clove Garlic -- Finely Chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons Red Chiles -- Ground
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Pepper -- Dash of

* Pinto beans can be home cooked or canned.
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups of dip.
